Mr. Modest is the founder and Chairman of Zimbooz.com a subsidiary of Icorp Global Partners limited.

Executive Director
Ezenwa is an Innovation IT Manager, and R&D team leader. He is the Founder and CEO of Sixkon, France. An Artificial Intelligence / New technology start-up that provides advanced bio-metrics and other smart systems technologies for individuals and businesses to develop their potentials while enjoying 100% active smart security.
He worked with ARELEC France as Innovation Project Manager. He was also in-charge of fundraising team for the following not-for-profit, non-governmental organisations: NESN Humanitarian Initiative, MIMOFAC and Tree of life Foundation.
His professional career cuts across Innovative Project Management, IT Engineer (Information Technology), Consultant Computer Vision Systems, Biometric Systems and Identification Systems, IT Application Developer (WEB oriented, “Smart-Systems”), Expert in a team R & D, Advisor Identification Systems, Time and Attendance Systems, Developer of Vision Systems and Automatic Pattern Recognition.
Mr Ezenwa is an astute project manager with robust experience in IoT.
He holds M.Sc. in Optics, Image, Vision, and Multimedia: International Biometrics from Université Paris-Est, Créteil, France.

Non Executive Director
Mr. Nwawudu possesses over fifteen years experience in Investment Banking and Trading working for ING Barings, and BGC as a senior principal.
As debt and mezzanine finance specialist, he previously headed the Fixed Income Division at First City Monument Bank where he oversaw the development of the FGN Bond trading business, and raised over $500 million of debt and equity for Nigerian Companies.
Mr. Nwawudu holds an MA in Economics from St John’s College, Cambridge University, and an MBA from London Business School.
